ubertiDr. degli Uberti was born in Casale Monferrato in 1955 and together with his wife, Dr. Maria Loredana Pinotti are the founders of the SCHOOL OF GENEALOGY, HERALDRY, AND DOCUMENTARY SCIENCES linked to the Escuela de Genealogía Heráldica y Nobiliaria of the Instituto Salazar y Castro of Madrid and affiliated with The Institute of Heraldic and Genealogical Studies of Canterbury. The school was founded December 3, 1995 and is located in Bologna (Italy), via C. Battisti n° 3 – 40123.

Lindgren is a former professor of History and Education at American Military University and works as a dissertation committee external examiner for PhDs at Trident University. He possesses degrees and diplomas from the College of Education,  University of Mississippi (BAE, MEd, SEd), College of Teachers in London (FCP), UNISA (DEd), American Military University and several other schools. He has written over 150 articles of which fifty are peer-review. He serves as Special Editorial Advisor, Journal of Women’s Entrepreneurship and Education; Editorial Corresponding Member, Almanach de Bruxelles(Brussels); Education Review Panel, The Educational Forum (journal of Kappa Delta Pi- 93-96); Editorial Board, Science Technology, the official journal of The London Institute of Science Technology (1998-); Advisory Board Member, H-History, H-Mideast-Medieval and H-SAfricaH-NETHumanities & Social Sciences Online and biographical educational historian,New Dictionary of National Biography & American National Biography.

served as director. She founded the Bachelor of Arts in Genealogical Studies and with her colleague genealogists, the Master of Arts in Genealogical Studies at this university. Through her initiatives the Academic Council was founded, and she chaired this governance body for five years. Previously she taught sociology at Connors State College, Muskogee, Oklahoma, and taught in the graduate program of Human Resource Management at Chapman University, Carlsbad, California. She taught at the Western Australian College of Advanced Education (Edith Cowan University), in Perth, Western Australia where she was also the founder and chair of the Master’s Degree Program in Educational Administration. She was a Research Officer and an Education Officer with the Technical Education Division in Perth, Western Australia, and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Her early career was spent teaching in Venezuela and Libya for Exxon Corporation. Dr. Blount has written and published two family history/genealogy books titled: The History of the Blount Family, Bountiful, Utah: Family History Publishers, 2001 and The Leases and Related Families, Bountiful, Utah: Family History Publishers, 1998. She is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, The National Genealogical Society, and the Texas State Genealogical Society. Dr. Blount is also a reviewer for the Belgrade Institute of Economic Sciences, Journal of Women’s Entrepreneurship and Education. She has presented papers and written many articles in education, educational administration, and genealogy. In 2006, she compiled the book, Notable Women of Polk County, Texas, sponsored by the Polk County American Association of Women (AAUW). Dr. Blount’s current book is Why I Became a Professional Genealogist, A Case Study, (of 91 professional genealogists}, Bloomington: iuniverse, Inc. (2009). In 2007, Dr. Blount was invited to participate in the “People to People” delegation to China of “Women in Higher Education”. Dr. Blount is also working as an external doctoral committee member at Touro University . Dr. Blount’s BS in Education is from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville. Her M.S. in Educational Administration and her Ph.D. in Higher Educational Administration and Sociology are from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Sergei Oudman is an International Relations professional with extensive experience in private and government sectors. He has extensive experience in public affairs and social media in different  SERGEIcountries and regions. He has track record of improving operations, through innovation and optimizing existing processes and regards people and relations as key factors in any setting. He is accustomed to work in complex environments, and is often described as a fast learner who is capable of staying focused on goals while maintaining oversight. He is a proficient communicator in six languages with excellent interpersonal skills.

Specialties: Strategic planning, operational management, Lean, Six Sigma, policy analysis, public affairs, interim management, intercultural management, EU affairs, social media, liaising, negotiating, risk analysis, comparative analysis, human trafficking, international child abduction, governance, globalization, South-East Europe and the Middle East.

Mr. Cardona holds the Executive Master’s in Public Administration from Rutgers University and Master of Arts in Community Counseling from The College of New Jersey. He has been actively involved in diversity and race relations, and the development of anti-discrimination programming for over 10 years. Mr. Cardona is a native speaking Spanish language communicator and has served as an EEO Investigator for the State of New Jersey, including the Office of the Attorney General for Assurance of Compliance and Diversity Administration. He is a human resource professional with the New Jersey Department of Human Services and a Workforce Development Coordinator and Career Counselor. Mr. Cardona coordinates mediation scheduling and training for Union County and serves as a professional mediator with the court systems in Union and Somerset Counties. He is an Associate Professor of Psychology with Mercer County College, and an adjunct faculty member with the Human Resource Development Institute, Union County College. Mr. Cardona serves the State of New Jersey as a diversity expert, holds government certifications in EEO/AA, Diversity Programming.
